“CO-OP Education Model” is a model developed by the Industrial Engineering Department of Hasan Kalyoncu University, aiming to combine higher education with working life and to bridge the gap between the business world and the university. A university student taking part in CO-OP continues their university education while actively participating in working life and gaining work experience.
CO-OP Education Model
The most important advantage of the CO-OP Education Model is gaining work experience while still a student and making the transition to the business world easier.
Students who meet the university’s participation requirements for the CO-OP program are placed in long-term internships at partner companies for one semester, gaining work experience while still students.
